Because charges vary depending on the source and speed of supply, we prefer to offer a quote as a first stage in filing a request. 

A staff member will then contact you to discuss charges and average turnaround times, payment, delivery options and your copyright obligations including fair dealing.

All items are only available for use within our library, in line with our lending policy.

How to pay

Payments can be made:

  • Pay an invoice - via the South Australian government's payment gateway.
  • In-person at the Information Desk, we accept: cheque, money order or credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
  • Postal payment, we accept: cheque or money order - made payable to:
    • The Receiver of Revenue, State Library of South Australia

Due to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), we are unable to take payments via the phone or email.

Note: Any customer submitting credit card details by email, do so at their own risk and an acknowledgement that the State Library will not be held responsible for any credit card security breach arising from the interception of such transmission.
